Lentor Gardens Residences is the newest parcel in a town that has been launching in phases for a few years now. That is actually the useful part: you are not guessing what this neighbourhood becomes - you can stand in it. The completed and selling projects around this site tell you more about your future estate than any brochure will.
It launched on 18 July. In the launch month, URA's developer sales figures put units between $2,050 and $2,495 psf. That is a range of what sold, not a price list - the number that matters is the one on the unit still available today, held against what the earlier Lentor phases asked.
