Hudson Place Residences
Buona Vista is one of my six home districts - and this is the rental-engine launch of the one-north cluster.

- $2,253 - $2,704 psf (lowest to highest sold, URA, May 2026)
327 units inside the one-north employment cluster, about fourteen minutes on foot from one-north MRT (CC23). The unit mix tells you what this project is: 183 of the 327 units are two-bedrooms, built for the tenant base working next door.
The honest numbers: in the launch month, URA's developer sales figures put units between $2,253 and $2,704 psf. That is firm money for a 99-year leasehold in the RCR. The investment case rests on the one-north rental story staying strong - if you do not believe in that tenant pool, this is not your project. For own-stay, the three-bedders compete against nearby resale with more space per dollar; know exactly what you are trading for newness.
It launched in May and is now in balance-unit territory - which means the question is no longer "should I like this project" but "is there still a stack worth having". I can pull the current picture for you before you spend a Saturday at the showflat.
Who it’s for
- Investors who want a working tenant pool within reach, not a hoped-for one
- Own-stayers working in the one-north / NUH belt who value the commute above all
- Buyers looking for a two-bedroom entry into the RCR
What I’d watch
- A rental-weighted mix means more tenants than owners around you - community feels different
- High psf on a 99-year lease: the exit depends on one-north's employment story holding
- Type-level prices are on the developer's list only - get the number before you get attached
Same layout, different stack - a different home, and a different exit.
This is the work I do with you before booking day: mapping the stacks at Hudson Place Residences against facing and afternoon sun, noise edges, privacy, view lines that survive the next launch next door - and whether each premium is actually worth paying.

The first conversation is always on me - your brief, the real numbers, and whether Hudson Place Residences actually fits. No follow-up calls you didn’t ask for.
